Microplastics were collected using he Continuous Underway Fish Egg Sampler (CUFES). The CUFES system provided continuous underway sampling of near-surface waters, enabling high-resolution detection of suspended microplastics along the vessel track. This method allow both integrated and spatially continuous assessment of microplastic distribution.
